Adriaan Myburgh
Adriaan operates as an assistance coach to Nico. He has a great understanding of athletes training at various levels, from beginners and personal goal driven age groupers up to competitive elites. At Sterk Span he specialises in developing our junior athletes and offers valuable insight and advice to the more seasoned athletes who wish to achieve their goals as efficiently as possible.
Adriaan has 5 years of elite racing experience and has been doing triathlon for 8 years now. He is the current Xterra national champion, and this has given him the confidence to use all the knowledge he has gained and apply it. He always strives towards growing mental capacity, gaining knowledge, and gaining more experience. He believes the sky is not the limit when Heaven exists. Adriaan is very well equipped to work with people of different kinds of personalities, to help them reach their goals by using sport science, experience, and research.
