Sterk Span Athletics Club
The Athletics Club was registered in 2020.
One of our main reasons for starting the club is to provide runners with quality coaching, advice and group training sessions at an affordable fee. Very few recreational running clubs in South Africa offer professional coaching to their members.
Our aim is to provide an opportunity for amateur club runners to have access to a professional coaching infrastructure in order to help them achieve their goals – be it a Comrades Gold, sub 40 or 60 min 10km, a comfortable marathon qualifier or a Park Run PB.
Annual Membership Fee for 2025:
R500.00 for Seniors
R390.00 for Juniors
Includes your ASA license fee + club admin fee

Additional Run Coaching Options:

Full run coaching, with personalised data analysis and training program tailored to your goals and upcoming races @ R1000.00 per month.

Social Membership - granting access to all group training sessions, but with no personalised training program @ R350.00 per month.
